Great to meet you!

Welcome—your journey starts here.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Advanced Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, my mission is to walk beside you—not to lead or follow, but to honor your path as you move toward healing and purpose. I believe in the power of resilience and transformation. My experience spans all ages and settings—from ABA and foster care to trauma, PTSD, parenting, and loss and grief.

No matter where you are today, I’m here to help you rediscover your voice, embrace your potential, and write the next chapter with hope and intention.

My approach to therapy

I embrace a “Whole Person” approach to therapy—honoring the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. When these areas fall out of alignment, life’s challenges often emerge. In our work together, we’ll restore balance using a blend of compassion and research-backed therapeutic modalities, tailored to your unique needs. Whether through cognitive strategies, mindfulness practices, or trauma-informed techniques, our goal is to support real, lasting transformation from the inside out.

What you can expect from me

What You Can Expect

My purpose is to help you live the life you were uniquely designed for. I believe that joy begins in the mind—and when we challenge limiting thoughts, we unlock the ability to change our lives. Who you are becoming is not confined to where you’ve been.

Our work together starts with open conversation. We’ll build a safe, honest space where your voice leads, your needs are heard, and your goals shape our direction. Through trust, transparency, and commitment, we’ll develop a plan that feels attainable and true to you—because real change isn’t easy, but it’s absolutely possible.
