Great to meet you!

Therapy is a tool, a safe place, and a time to rediscover. Everyone has the tools to get through hard situations but often times don’t realize these tools exist. I love to collaborate with my clients to help them discover their strengths and help them to become the better version of themselves. Therapy is such a healing opportunity to find out the reason behind the struggle and change it for a better life. I believe strongly in research – based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy and EMDR.

My approach to therapy

My practice utilizes evidence-based strategies like cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths-oriented therapy delivered through a lens of supportive, direct, and empathetic professional care. I am a licensed clinical social worker with half a decade of clinical experience working in various healthcare settings with clients and families facing chronic medical conditions, grief, and unforeseen life changes. I possess formal certifications in cognitive behavioral therapy and palliative or end-of-life support services.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will strive to formulate healthy coping strategies for the many stressors encountered in life, specifically depression, anxiety, significant transitions, loss, and relationship issues. I maintain that you are the foremost expert regarding your own life, and it is necessary that we collaborate on the most individualized way to support you in achieving your aspirations, navigating the healing process, and rebuilding your daily life.
