Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to supporting adults, couples, and families through life’s most challenging and transformative moments. Whether you are navigating depression or anxiety, identity exploration, grief and loss, or major life transitions, my role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique experience.

Beyond my formal education, I have had the privilege of walking alongside folks in some of life's hardest moments. These experiences have deepened my practice and have shaped my ability to meet clients with empathy, cultural humility, and genuine respect.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping those who are searching for clarity, healing, and meaning. In our work together, you will find a warm and affirming space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships authentically—without pressure or expectation. My goal is not to change who you are, but to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, gain insight into your patterns, and feel empowered to live in alignment with your true self.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you can expect us to get to know each other, build trust, and explore the heart of what brings you to therapy. We will collaborate to define what healing and growth mean to you, and from there, I tailor my approach and our sessions to meet your needs as fully as possible.
