Great to meet you!

You’ve always prioritized others, often feeling your needs are unimportant due to family circumstances. This may have impacted on your relationships and led to burnout both personally and professionally. Despite being excellent at predicting and meeting others' needs, the exhaustion is evident. How can you find time for yourself amidst anxiety and depression? Growing up with a disabled sibling taught me to put myself aside for the greater good. While this was necessary in childhood, it’s not as helpful now. If this is your style in life let’s work together to change this pattern, find your voice, and create space for you.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm and compassionate with a touch of humor. I have had experience working with diverse ethnicities, and a variety of disabilities. I understand the complexities of being anxious and depressed. My demeanor is relaxed and calm. I am LGBTQ affirming. In addition, I specialize in autism spectrum disorders.

What you can expect from me

If you are ready to identify the wounds impeding your growth and move into your own personal happiness, I would love to work with you. My style is compassionate and warm, but humor is a trademark of my therapeutic style. Let’s work together to clear out the shame and judgement, understand the feelings you are experiencing, and move you toward to greater self
