You’ve always prioritized others, often feeling your needs are unimportant due to family circumstances. This may have impacted on your relationships and led to burnout both personally and professionally. Despite being excellent at predicting and meeting others' needs, the exhaustion is evident. How can you find time for yourself amidst anxiety and depression? Growing up with a disabled sibling taught me to put myself aside for the greater good.
