Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm April! I have a background in inpatient psychiatric assessment, intake assessments, crisis stabilization, and supporting individuals through some of their most overwhelming moments. My approach is calm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I specialize in helping people through depression, anxiety, stress, family issues and women's issues. I help my patients identify and understand their patterns, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in a calm, non-judgmental presence. I offer a space where you can talk openly, vent, and process what you’re carrying without fear of criticism. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as CBT, Solution-focused Therapy, Motivational interviewing, and Trauma-Informed care.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, non-judgmental space to talk about what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask some questions to understand your concerns, explain confidentiality and my role, and learn what you’re hoping to get from therapy. Book with me through my calendar to schedule a session.
