I’ve always been passionate about helping others solve their problems, so when I decided to pursue therapy, I knew I had discovered my purpose. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors in Human Development and Family Science with a focus on Family Studies. I have also graduated with a Masters of Social Work from Clark Atanta University in 2013. The past several years have been the most rewarding helping people from all backgrounds solve life concerns.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in CBT, Solution focused, Strength based therapy, and provide a safe space for people to receive the care they need. Whether it be Depression, Anxiety, Abuse, Trauma, Addiction, Relationships, Psychosis or managing everyday life. I find it an honor to be able to help with these concerns and more.
