Great to meet you!

I help people who feel trapped in their own lives—those struggling with depression, unprocessed trauma, and the weight of critical messages they've internalized. My clients often find it difficult to manage daily life and recognize their worth. They may feel unseen and unheard or need help in forging a path back to safety and wellness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

If this sounds like you, I am here to listen. I offer an environment where we can explore your life together without judgment - your experiences, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. Know that I’m an active participant in our relationship; I don’t just listen and offer you nothing in return. I will give honest feedback and suggestions to help you move towards the life you want to live. You don’t have to go through this journey alone; I am here to support you.

What you can expect from our first session

We will work together in our first session to understand your needs and create a plan to move forward. Understanding, empathy, and non-judgemental openness are the building blocks of my relationship with every client. My clients come from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds and life experiences. As a black woman, I know the importance of a safe and inclusive space that supports every individual.
