I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children, adolescents and young adults with particular expertise in ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, mood disorders and complex psychiatric presentations.

With extensive experience in both general and acute psychiatry as well as developmental pediatrics, I take the time to look beyond a diagnosis and understand the whole picture- including symptoms, medications, development, family dynamics and school functioning

My approach is collaborative, holistic, and focused on practical solutions. I use behavioral management and solution-focused techniques to help clients identify what is getting in the way and develop strategies they can use outside of sessions. When medication is appropriate, I incorporate medication management thoughtfully alongside therapy, with the goal of supporting meaningful and sustainable improvement.

Your first session is an opportunity for me to learn about your concerns, symptoms, daily life, and goals for treatment. We’ll discuss your mental health history and what you would like to see change, while also exploring whether therapy, medication management, or a combination of both makes sense for you.
