Great to meet you!

I am a highly experienced therapist who approaches each new client with curiosity and genuine interest. My style is warm and personal, and I have a natural gift for helping people feel comfortable and secure. I am a clear, direct communicator who provides practical, solution-focused feedback. With extensive experience working with couples, I am passionate about helping relationships heal, grow, and thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in attachment theory, which helps us understand how early relationships shape the way we connect, feel, and respond in life today. I also draw from positive psychology to highlight strengths and possibilities, and I use a narrative style that invites you to share and reshape your story in meaningful ways. Every session is client-centered, guided by your needs and goals. With many years of experience, I bring a variety of tools to make therapy both supportive and encouraging, while also gently challenging when it’s helpful. I hope that you will find our work together to be a safe, healing, and empowering experience.

What you can expect from me

Many of my clients share that they leave our sessions feeling lighter and more hopeful. I enjoy giving personalized “homework” and resources to help you grow outside of our time together. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—each person is unique, and I’ll work with you to find the tools and practices that best support your journey.
