Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with a Master’s degrees in Clinical Social Work and Special Education and over twenty years of experience working with individuals and families. My specialties include anxiety, depression, life transitions, learning disabilities and stress management, and I am committed to creating a supportive and collaborative environment for personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with mindfulness techniques to help clients build practical coping skills. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their challenges, set meaningful goals, and work toward lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment during their first session. The session will focus on understanding their needs and setting clear goals or outcomes. This may include discussing personal objectives, identifying challenges, and outlining a plan for future sessions to achieve desired results.
