Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, I bring a deep commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals navigating life’s many transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is eclectic. I support people to develop practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation and navigate challenging relationships.

Areas of focus include: Life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, self-compassion and navigating grief. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space for people I work with to explore their personal challenges, develop resilience, and build a path toward fulfillment and wellness.

What you can expect from our first session

People who work with me can expect a collaborative, supportive environment where they feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I believe in creating a space that fosters genuine self-reflection, growth, and empowerment, tailoring each session to meet people where they are in their journey. My goal is to provide tools and insights that help individuals build resilience, develop self-compassion, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
