Great to meet you!

Welcome to Wellspring Psychological and Consulting Services. I have over 12 years' clinical experience working with clients who may be struggling with emotional, mental, or relational stress due to relational trauma. I treat adults, teens, children and couples affected by various forms of trauma. I have significant experience providing clinical support to h individuals who identify as women, men, and non-binary. My research interests and training have focused on supporting individuals, couples and families affected by complex trauma (CT). I've trained in the use of the ARC framework for CT with children and families.

All psychological evaluations /assessments focus on the reason clients seek testing. I maintain trauma-informed culture-sensitive focus and approach to assessment.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use contemporary relational dynamic therapy in my work. Depending on treatment goals I integrate elements of CBT, CPT, DBT, and other appropriate interventions.

What you can expect from me

Initial therapy sessions involve delving into issues discussed in consultation and initial intake paperwork which lay the groundwork for co-creating a treatment plan that addresses client concerns.

Initial psychological assessment sessions vary based on the reason for assessment and will last up to 2 hours.
