Therapy can be a scary and intimidating journey to begin. Sometimes, the hardest part is taking the first step. I know how difficult it can be to reach out for help. With that in mind, I strive to make this experience one that is collaborative and meaningful to you. By taking a team approach, we can work to identify your strengths and develop your mental health goals. I use various treatment modalities to best meet your needs.

At this time, I work with older teens and adults. I have a special passion for working with those who have experienced trauma. I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and the Flash Technique, when needed. I also enjoy helping clients discover new strategies to handle symptoms of anxiety, depression, attachment issues, PTSD and relationship concerns.

I help clients develop coping mechanisms as well as grow into the best version of themselves. I work with people with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I believe my job as your therapist is to create a safe space for you to talk about your feelings, experiences, and goals, and we work together to help you become the best version of yourself.
