Great to meet you!

Pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and motherhood can bring challenges that feel far heavier than expected. You may feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed by constant demands, disconnected from yourself, or unsure if you are handling everything the way you should. While everyone around you seems focused on the baby, you may be struggling to find space for your own needs, emotions, and well being. Therapy offers a place where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered as you navigate this season of life with greater confidence and self compassion.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in maternal wellness and perinatal emotional support, helping women navigate the emotional and mental health aspects of pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and new motherhood. My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged as they work toward healing, growth, and overall wellness.

I use a compassionate and collaborative approach that focuses on emotional wellness, practical coping strategies, stress management, and building resilience. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, life transitions, maternal stress, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, and the challenges that can arise during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and motherhood. My style combines supportive listening, psychoeducation, mindfulness-based techniques, strength-based therapy, and evidence-based practices to help clients feel more empowered and emotionally balanced.

What you can expect from me

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in practical support. I combine supportive listening, mindfulness based strategies, psychoeducation, and evidence based practices to help clients feel more emotionally balanced and equipped for daily life. Therapy with me is a nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, develop effective coping skills, reduce stress, and build the confidence to move through pregnancy and motherhood feeling more grounded, capable, and connected to yourself.
