I am a strong believer in therapy providing support, healthy skills, and connection. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health, I am licensed through New York State. I have experience working with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, addiction, and eating disorders, as well as other mental health diagnoses. I utilize CBT, DBT/Mindfulness in my work.

My approach to therapy

I feel it is important to meet the client where they are and identify their strengthens. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) are utilized to help client's learn and use skills to manage and maintain healthy mental health and behaviors.
