Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in working with children and parents, with a strong focus on parenting support and family dynamics. I am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), a highly effective, evidence-based treatment that strengthens parent-child relationships and promotes positive behaviors. In addition to my professional experience, I am also a proud mom of two, which allows me to bring both clinical expertise and real-life parenting perspective into my work. My passion is helping families build stronger connections, reduce stress, and thrive together.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process, where we work together to set goals, build skills, and create meaningful change. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where parents and children feel understood and empowered. My passion lies in helping families thrive by strengthening relationships, improving communication, and fostering resilience. I use evidence-based practices while tailoring my approach to fit each family’s unique needs, ensuring that every step we take is both practical and compassionate.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, clients can expect to walk away with practical parenting tools, greater confidence, and long-term skills to support their family’s growth. My goal is to help strengthen the parent-child connection, foster open communication, and provide strategies for managing challenging behaviors in a positive way. I work collaboratively with families, offering both emotional support and concrete techniques so that parents feel empowered rather than overwhelmed. Together, we focus on building resilience, solving problems as a team, and creating a foundation for healthier, thriving family dynamics.
