Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who values honesty, reflection, and meaningful change. I go beyond surface-level work, helping you understand the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape how you show up in your life.

My approach is supportive yet direct. I’ll help you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck—like perfectionism, people-pleasing, or self-criticism—while creating a space where you feel respected and not judged.

Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we focus on building clarity, strengthening self-trust, and restoring emotional balance. I combine insight with practical tools so you can better understand yourself and make real, lasting changes in your daily life. I believe growth can be uncomfortable, but it is always possible—and you don’t have to do it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and insight-oriented, with a gently direct style. I focus on helping clients understand the deeper patterns beneath their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—not just manage surface-level symptoms. I work with clients to identify and challenge unhelpful cognitive patterns and help you explore how your interpretations may be shaping your emotional experiences and relationships, through psychoeducation, reflective questioning, and practical tools so you can gain insight and apply meaningful changes in daily life. My work is grounded in the belief that awareness creates choice, patterns can be understood and reshaped, and growth requires both compassion and honest reflection. I strive to create a space where you feel supported and challenged as you move toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In your initial session, you can expect a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment within a warm, supportive, and collaborative space. We will begin by building a treatment plan that address personal goals for treatment.

I also take time to understand you as a whole person, identifying both your strengths and protective factors alongside any barriers that may be impacting your well-being today. I work to build a meaningful therapeutic alliance so that our work together is tailored to who you are, not just what you’re experiencing. My goal is to meet you where you are, while also helping you build clarity, insight, and direction for the change you’re seeking.
