Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional distress. I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University and have experience working in medical, outpatient, and private practice settings. I commonly support clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and relationship or communication difficulties. My approach is collaborative and relational, grounded in evidence-based practices, and focused on helping clients build insight, strengthen connections, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. I offer in-person therapy in Florida and teletherapy for clients located in Florida and Connecticut.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I work from a systems perspective, paying attention to patterns within relationships, while also incorporating practical tools to support emotional regulation, insight, and meaningful change. Therapy is tailored to each client’s needs and paced thoughtfully to support sustainable growth.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive conversation focused on understanding what brings them to therapy and what they hope to work on. I’ll ask questions about current concerns, relevant background, and goals, while also taking time to answer any questions about the therapy process. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable, respected, and clear about next steps, so we can begin building a collaborative plan for treatment together.
