Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and the relationship patterns that often trace back further than we realize.

My background in rehabilitation counseling also means I bring real experience supporting clients navigating disability, chronic illness, and the kind of life transitions that reshape how we see ourselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends attachment-focused therapy with parts work, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and CBT because I believe understanding why something shows up the way it does is just as important as addressing what you're struggling with today. Therapy with me is collaborative and plan spoken. I won't bury you in jargon or expect you to have everything figured out before we start. I'm committed to creating a space that welcomes people of all races, ethnicities, and abilities, and I meet clients where they are- not where a textbook says they should be. Whether you're working through a specific event, a pattern you're ready to unlearn, or simply feeling stuck, I'd be glad to help you find your way through it.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just about getting to know each other. I'll ask about your history and what's brough you in. I'll also share a bit about how I work, so you have a clear sense of what to expect going forward. There's no pressure to have it all figured out or say things the "right" way. Be the end of our time together, you should have a good feel for whether this feels like the right fit. My goal for our first session is simple: build some trust, understand what you need, and make sure you leave feeling truly heard.
