I specialize in finding the root of the issue to provide healing and growth. I believe that current problems being experienced now are usually a result of unresolved situation from the past. My personal style is to understand where a client has come from to make sense of current issues and concerns.

My strengths are building relationships with adolescents and adults in order to provide a collaborative approach to counseling. I encourage clients to use their strengths and abilities to solve their own problems.
I have a passion for helping adolescents and their families communicate more effectively and resolve their differences. I specialize in helping adults address depression, anxiety and relationship issues.
