I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana with over 15 years of experience working as a Mental Health Counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addictions, and symptoms of bipolar, borderline personality disorder and schizophrenia. I have helped many people who have experienced trauma and abuse.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths- based drawing heavily from cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
