I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology and Masters of Arts In Professional Counseling.

I have over 10 years of Mental Health experience providing therapeutic services in private practice, Partial hospitalization programs, group homes and community outpatient settings. I have extensive experience providing counseling to adolescent, women, Military Veterans as well as those struggling with Substance Abuse.

My counseling style is genuine practical and "down to earth". I believe we inherently have what we need to live a life worth living. Through the therapy process we can began the journey of learning and healing.

I can assist clients with gaining new insight and healthy coping skills to manage a plethora of feelings, emotions and thoughts.
