Great to meet you!

I’m a 31-year-old Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a decade of experience in the mental health field. Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments, with a strong focus on trauma-informed care. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

I specialize in trauma-informed treatment and am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that helps people process and heal from distressing experiences. I’m passionate about helping clients build resilience, reconnect with themselves, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of my professional work, I value authenticity, continuous growth, and genuine human connection—principles that guide both my practice and my everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. I prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. Building this connection allows for openness and honesty, which are essential for effective treatment and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where the focus is on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will spend time building rapport so you can feel comfortable, heard, and respected from the start.
