Great to meet you!

Therapy is a profoundly personal process. During your journey and search for the right therapist, always remember you deserve to find a skilled professional with a style that suits your needs. Through understanding and validation, I strive to create an accepting, collaborative, and therapeutic environment while providing the skills needed to achieve meaningful change. While I have extensive experience working with children of all ages, I am no longer accepting clients under the age of 18.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I tailor these approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, helping them develop practical coping strategies, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and work towards their goals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with me feeling empowered and equipped with tools to navigate their challenges. I provide a direct and honest approach, ensuring clarity while maintaining warmth and support throughout the process. Clients will gain deeper insight into their thoughts and behaviors, develop healthier coping strategies, and work towards achieving meaningful change. My goal is to guide clients in fostering personal growth, resilience, and a sense of control over their lives.
