Great to meet you!

I work with adults managing stress, anxiety, and life transitions who may appear to be functioning well on the outside but feel overwhelmed or mentally exhausted internally. Many of the individuals I work with are used to handling things on their own, but find that their current strategies are no longer working.

My work focuses on helping clients understand the patterns that are driving stress and anxiety, while building practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change. I value clarity, structure, and helping clients move from feeling stuck to feeling more confident and in control.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on meaningful change. Therapy is not just about talking—it is about increasing awareness, identifying patterns, and developing strategies that you can actually use in your daily life.

Together, we will identify what is keeping you stuck and work toward making intentional shifts that improve how you feel and function. I aim to provide both structure and flexibility, helping you build clarity, confidence, and skills that extend beyond our sessions.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and identifying the patterns and challenges you are currently experiencing. I will ask questions to get a clear picture of what is contributing to your stress or overwhelm, while also giving you space to share what feels most important.

By the end of the session, we will begin identifying initial areas of focus and discuss a direction for our work together so you leave with a sense of clarity and next steps.
