Great to meet you!

My goal is to support you throughout your counseling journey by helping you recognize your strengths, build self‐esteem, and develop healthy coping skills to navigate life’s challenges. I bring energy, compassion, and professionalism to every session. I specialize in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief, couples counseling, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I blend evidence‐based approaches to tailor our work together, always honoring your pace, your goals, and your lived experience. I am trauma‐informed and trained in EMDR, which supports the reprocessing of difficult memories and helps reduce emotional and physiological distress. My clinical background includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution‐Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths‐Based Therapy. For couples, I integrate Gottman Method Therapy to strengthen communication, deepen friendship, and support healthier patterns of connection. Together, we’ll identify what feels most helpful for you and build a collaborative plan that supports meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and exploring what brings you to counseling. We’ll discuss your current challenges, the symptoms you’re experiencing, and any goals you hope to work toward. I’ll ask specific questions to help me understand your needs and begin forming an initial plan for treatment. You are encouraged to ask questions at any point so you feel informed and comfortable with the counseling process.
