Great to meet you!

Therapy does not replace prayer. It helps you put language to what needs to be surrendered.

If you love Jesus yet still struggle with anxiety, emotional heaviness, or the impact of past experiences, you are not failing spiritually. Faith does not erase trauma, and the nervous system often carries what the heart has forgiven.

I provide biblically grounded, emotionally safe therapy for Christian women navigating anxiety, burnout, faith struggles, and life transitions. With over 15 years of experience—and as a woman who has raised two children and is now a grandmother—I offer seasoned, Christ-centered support rooted in both Scripture and clinical care. I am currently in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Quest Behavioral Health, and Kaiser Mid‐Atlantic insurance plans.

My approach to therapy

I work with Christian women who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or spiritually conflicted. My approach integrates Scripture with evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy to address anxiety, depression, burnout, and faith-related distress.

Together, we explore both spiritual and nervous-system patterns—helping you understand why certain reactions persist, how past wounds shape present responses, and how to move toward steadiness rather than shame. This is therapy that honors both emotional honesty and spiritual conviction.

What you can expect from me

As a Christian therapist with lived experience across multiple life seasons, I offer steady, compassionate support for women seeking clarity, peace, and restoration. This is a space to release guilt, name what hurts, and heal without pressure to “be strong” or spiritually perform.

Clients often leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, more emotionally aligned, and more confident in living their faith with steadiness rather than striving.
