Great to meet you!

Hi Y'all! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have been practicing for over 21 years. I am specially trained in co-occurring disorders of substance and mental health diagnoses. I love all people and want to help as many people as possible, to heal and move forward towards a healthier happier life. I hope to work with you soon!

My approach to therapy

I use Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and other modalities to get to know each client's needs so that I can understand their needs and help in the best way possible. I will work with you to create a treatment plan to meet your specific goals.

What you can expect from me

We will start by coming to an understanding of why you chose to be in therapy today. We will discuss any therapy that has or has not helped you in the past. We will discuss the structure of a therapy session. We will also discuss when you can expect to end treatment. You will have a clear understanding of how we will work together to improve your quality of life!
