Great to meet you!

College and young adulthood can feel overwhelming as you balance academics, relationships, work, family expectations, and uncertainty about the future. You may find yourself overthinking, worrying about how others see you, struggling to focus or stay motivated, or putting others’ needs before your own. Anxiety, low mood, or difficulty managing emotions can make everyday life exhausting. I offer a supportive space to understand these challenges and develop practical strategies to help you feel more confident, balanced, and in control.

My approach to therapy

As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, OCD, and bipolar disorder. I offer both medication management and supportive therapy, so we can work together to find a treatment plan that fits your needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

If life gives you lemons, let’s make lemonade. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for a change, I’m here to listen and support you. When you’re ready, reach out and let’s take the first step together. You can call or text at 617-631-8011.
