Great to meet you!

My dedication to wholistic health care focusing on the body and mind evolved through my passion for yoga realizing so much of the human experience is manifested in our physical bodies and integrating the mind-body can impact a profound change. I embrace the importance of guiding with empathy, aiding individuals in the development of self-discovery, identifying practical solutions, coping, healing while utilizing evidence based practices, integrative and holistic approaches to navigating collectively cultivating confident solutions and a sense of wellness.

My approach to therapy

I provide a trauma-informed, whole-person approach that integrates somatic work and mindfulness to support deep and lasting healing. I work collaboratively with clients, guiding them to reclaim confidence, build self-awareness, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR, I tailor each approach to meet your unique needs. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and create a safe, culturally sensitive space for veterans, BIPOC communities to feel seen, supported, and empowered on their journey toward growth and wellness.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a supportive, low-pressure space to share what brings you to therapy at your own pace. We’ll review goals, history, and concerns, discuss how therapy can help, and ensure it feels like a good fit. There’s no obligation to have everything figured out.
