Great to meet you!

I am an alliance based therapist, I do not allow judgments, labels, or diagnoses to interfere with what we have in common as humans. I believe in helping you holistically, meaning your treatment will include the mental, emotional, spiritual, physiological, and interpersonal aspects of your life. I respect every child, adolescent, individual, couple, and family that I work with.I have a BA in Psychology, MA in Counseling and PhD in Human Services. I have been in practice for over 12 years.

My approach to therapy

I use several therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Play Therapy, Psychodynamic approaches and Experiential Therapy.

In therapy sessions with me, we will establish goals and explore ways to make those objectives happen for you.

I am ultimately here to listen to you and help you accomplish your purpose.

I am bilingual, and speak Spanish fluently.

What you can expect from me

I am focused on providing the best therapeutic services with the highest level of customer satisfaction and care. I will do everything I can to meet your expectations and help you find the tools you need to improve your situation.
