Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or like you’re carrying everything on your own — you don’t have to do it alone anymore. I’m especially passionate about supporting women and moms who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the invisible mental load that comes with caring for everyone else.

As a mom of three and a veteran, I understand how much strength it takes to keep showing up when you’re exhausted. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and real — the kind of space where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and feel truly seen. Clients often describe me as compassionate, calming, and easy to talk to.

When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me outside in nature or spending time with animals — and that same grounded, heartfelt energy carries into our work together.

My approach to therapy

Our work is collaborative — we move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. This is a supportive, non-judgmental space where your story, your strengths, and your values lead the way.

Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re going through, find practical ways to lighten the emotional load, and help you reconnect with yourself — not just the roles you carry. If your faith is an important part of your life, we can thoughtfully include that too.

My goal is for therapy to feel genuine, encouraging, and deeply relevant to your everyday life — especially if you’ve been feeling isolated or alone in what you’re carrying.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you here. We’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable — no pressure to share everything at once.

You can expect to leave with a sense of being heard, a little more clarity, and a few small, meaningful steps you can start using right away. Between sessions, I may offer simple reflections or tools to help you carry the work into your real life — because therapy isn’t just something that happens for an hour each week, it’s something that supports you every day.
