Great to meet you!

Maybe you’ve tried to explain what you’re carrying and couldn’t find the words. Or maybe you know exactly what’s wrong and just need somewhere safe to say it out loud. Wherever you land, you’re welcome here.

I became a therapist because I know firsthand what it means to move through life feeling unseen. My goal is simple: to be the consistent, grounding presence that helps you feel safe enough to do real work — and seen enough to believe it’s worth doing.

I work best with people who have open minds and a willingness to try something new. If you’re stuck in patterns that aren’t serving you, my job isn’t to solve things for you — it’s to help you build a toolbox of perspectives, skills, and strategies that actually fit your life. Then I want you to go use it. Good therapy shouldn’t last forever. It should give you what you need and send you back into your life stronger.

My approach is solution focused and trauma informed, grounded in your actual reality rather than a textbook version of it. I’ll meet you where you are, challenge you when it serves you, and never co-sign something that isn’t working — kindly, but honestly.

I have eight years of experience in community mental health, hold licensure as a Professional Counselor Supervisor, and am trained in Breaking the Chains of Trauma.

If you’re ready to do the work, I’m ready to show up for it.

My approach to therapy

My approach is solution focused and trauma informed. I work collaboratively with clients to identify patterns, build practical skills, and create real change — not indefinite processing. Sessions are grounded in your actual reality, not a textbook version of it.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you — what brings you in, what you’ve tried, and what you actually want to be different. You can expect to feel heard without judgment and to leave with a clearer sense of what our work together might look like.
