Great to meet you!

I am so proud of you for taking the first step in reaching out for support. I look forward to working with you in the area of your choice. I will support you in any area of concern. Focus areas for my practice include couples, first responders (fire/ems), law enforcement, and compassion fatigue.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My treatment style is goal-oriented, direct, and curious. I like to provide tangible tools and feedback to help you get to where you want to be at a healthy pace. My theoretical framework is attachment theory and ecological theory. As a social worker, I also engage in self-empowerment and determination as well as a strengths-based approach to all people.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients should expect that I am going to be prompt and welcoming. Additionally, you can expect unconditional positive regard as well as a few suggestions on what's next after your first session.
