Great to meet you!
With nearly two decades of experience in Social Work, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of populations, including geriatrics, veterans, active-duty military personnel, and individuals living with mood disorders. After earning my Master’s in Social Work from the Jane Addams College of Social Work, I began my career in crisis intervention, developing a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding urgent emotional and psychological needs. Over time, I transitioned into individual and group therapy, where I refined my approach to fostering long-term healing and growth.
I specialize in treating sleep disorders and have spent years developing and implementing therapy protocols to address PTSD. Working with individuals facing mood disorders has been particularly rewarding, as it’s given me the opportunity to help clients build resilience and find balance in the midst of life’s challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve remained committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care, always focusing on the unique needs and stories of those I serve.
