Great to meet you!

With my over 25 year of clinical experience as a LCSW, I can help you develop the necessary tools and learn better ways of creating more homeostasis in your life without sacrificing you. Your mental health deserves prioritizing and so does your healing, By providing a safe, non-judgmental, clinical and respectful place for that healing can begin. I am committed to assisting you with your challenges by using multi-disciplinary evidenced based interventions and theories.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. I believe that every individual is unique, so I tailor my methods to fit each client’s specific needs and goals. I draw from various therapeutic techniques (CBT ACT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused approaches, to help clients develop coping strategies. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment, allowing clients to express themselves openly.
