Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can be heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, work through challenges, and develop practical tools that support your mental and emotional well-being.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with experience supporting adults and families through a variety of life challenges. My work focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationships, life transitions, and other experiences that may impact their overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe that you are the expert on your own story. My role is to walk alongside you, provide guidance, and help you develop the insight and skills needed to move forward.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral strategies, rational emotive behavioral therapy, solution-focused techniques, and trauma-informed care. I also believe in looking at the whole person—not just a diagnosis or a single concern.

Together, we may explore how your thoughts, emotions, relationships, environment, lifestyle, and experiences influence your mental health. I want you to feel comfortable being honest, asking questions, and showing up as your authentic self.

What you can expect from me

During our first sessions, we’ll take time to get to know one another, discuss what brought you to therapy, and identify what you would like to accomplish. We’ll work together to establish meaningful goals and create a treatment approach that fits your individual needs.

You can expect me to listen without judgment, provide honest and compassionate feedback, challenge unhelpful patterns when appropriate, and equip you with practical coping strategies that you can use outside of therapy.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, navigating a major life transition, processing grief or trauma, experiencing relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, heal, and grow.

My hope is that you leave each session feeling heard, supported, and better equipped to take your next step.
