Great to meet you!

Clients often want a space where they can feel comfortable, understood, and able to talk openly without pressure or judgment. That’s what I aim to provide.

I take a warm, open-minded, and collaborative approach, working alongside you to explore what’s been going on and find ways forward that feel right for you. Our work is flexible and focused on building clarity, confidence, and meaningful change over time. You can use the link below to get started when you’re ready.

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on helping you understand what’s been happening and what to do with it in real time. We’ll look at patterns, build awareness, and develop practical ways to respond differently when it matters most. Sessions are guided and purposeful, while still flexible enough to focus on what’s most important to you. The goal is to help you leave with more clarity, more direction, and tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll start by getting a clear picture of what’s been going on and what you’d like support with. You’ll have space to share at your own pace, and I’ll help guide the conversation so it feels focused and easy to follow. We’ll begin to identify what’s most important to you and outline a direction for moving forward, so you leave with a better sense of where things are headed and what to expect next.
