I specialize in strength-based, client centered approaches coupled with evidence-based (DBT/CBT) techniques and various systemic treatment modalities that allow room for understanding the totality of each individual I encounter (couples and families included). Self-discovery should happen in a safe, non-judgmental space and I offer that and much more.

Therapy is not a quick fix, if done correctly, you will feel more, learn more, grow more, and work harder than you have ever done to achieve the best version of yourself you have ever been. My ideal client is dedicated, and consistent with themselves and their motivation to change.
