Great to meet you!

This is a journey we do together, where we explore what are goals you have and if there any barriers to creating your best life. We will come up with a plan for your success.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I ask questions and if there are possible unconscious connections, it’s presented as a suggestion for your consideration. If it feels authentic to your experience, you decide if it’s worth exploring.

What you can expect from our first session

I will ask if there was anything that you found especially helpful from the session so I can continue it more. If you’re someone who likes action items, we can do that. Some people just want a place to vent and feel understood, I can offer that as well. My role is to support you in a way that feels good for you.
