Great to meet you!

I believe the best psychiatric care starts with feeling heard. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns, asking questions, and taking an active role in your treatment.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of behavioral health experience in inpatient psychiatry, emergency psychiatry, addiction medicine, and adolescent mental health. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and substance use disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, education, and practical strategies to help you feel your best and achieve your goals.

Whether you’re seeking support for the first time or looking for a fresh start, I’m committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality care that meets you where you are. I look forward to being part of your journey toward lasting mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss what brought you in, your current concerns, your medical and mental health history, and the goals you hope to achieve through treatment. I’ll also ask about your lifestyle, stressors, relationships, sleep, and other factors that may be affecting your well-being.

This is a conversation, not an interrogation. My goal is to understand the whole person, not just the symptoms. You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions, share your concerns, and discuss treatment options.

By the end of the visit, we’ll work together to develop a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs. This may include medication recommendations, therapy referrals if appropriate, lifestyle strategies, or additional resources. My priority is that you leave feeling heard, informed, and confident about the next steps in your care.
