With clients, I focus on helping them explore their thoughts and beliefs about themselves and the world so they can make better choices that align with their values.Additionally,I work with both English and Spanish speaking individuals.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. I believe that each person is the expert of their own experience, and my role is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore challenges, develop insight, and build on your natural resilience. I draw from evidence-based practices—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Seeking Safety—tailoring each session to meet the clients unique needs.
