Great to meet you!

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Aracely “Shelly” Hernandez.

My journey into counseling psychology began with a deep belief in the power of connection, healing, and personal growth. With a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, I’ve dedicated myself to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, rediscover their strengths, and create lasting, meaningful change.

I’m passionate about what I do—not because I have all the answers, but because I know what’s possible when someone feels truly seen and heard. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where your story matters.

My approach to therapy

Each person’s path is unique, and I approach every client with genuine curiosity, empathy, and respect. My goal isn’t just to help you cope—it’s to empower you to thrive. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and the tools to help you live a life that aligns with your values and vision. I promote behavioral transformation through different approaches by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions.

What you can expect from me

Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support and would love the opportunity to work with you to figure out how to get you to a place that gives you purpose and fulfill your needs. Thank you for considering me as part of your journey. It’s an honor to do this work, and I’m here when you’re ready.
