Great to meet you!

Let me first start by telling you about my clinical style. It is very hands on, I will push you, encourage you, keep you accountable, strengthen you all while assisting you in accomplishing the goals you have set for yourself. During our work together, I will also provide you with a safe, non-judgmental environment so you can feel free to share what has been ruminating in your mind. I am thrilled to help support you in this.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have been in this field for over 10 years. I currently work for Kaiser Permanente assisting patients with depression, anxiety, trauma, post partum and loss to name a few. I am a consultant for LA Dept of Public Health for the Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program. I provide psychoeducational classes/ lectures as well.

What you can expect from our first session

Given the array of settings I have served I developed an eclectic approach to tailoring a treatment plan that works best for you. My passion is to help you overcome depression, anxiety, loss (whether it is of a loved one/break up), previous traumas that continue to come up for you, and self-esteem. If this sounds like a good fit let's get started.
