Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma and medical trauma, ADHD, burnout, and work-life balance challenges, especially those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. As a first-generation Albanian-American therapist with family roots in North Macedonia, I bring a culturally informed, down-to-earth approach to therapy. As a survivor of Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP), I also have a personal understanding of the emotional and physical challenges that can come with chronic illness, autoimmune disorders, and complex medical conditions.

My approach to therapy

Many of the people I work with want more than just symptom relief, they want to feel calm, focused, and in control of their lives again. Together, we work toward helping you wake up feeling clearer, more grounded, and better equipped to handle daily challenges to live your life worth living!

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect our first session to be focused on getting to know them as a person, not just the challenges that brought them to therapy. I like to learn about what they are currently struggling with, their personal and family history, past experiences with therapy, and what they are hoping to gain from the therapeutic process. I also believe it’s important to understand who my clients are outside of their stressors—such as their interests, hobbies, self-care practices, favorite shows or movies, and the things that make them feel most like themselves. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and able to be themselves.
