Great to meet you!
I believe one of the most beautiful things about being human is our ability to be vulnerable. In vulnerability, we create space to connect more deeply with ourselves and others. I have learned that when we slow down long enough to truly check in with ourselves, we often discover the most amazing person waiting to be seen...YOU!
Many of us move through life disconnected from who we are, and this disconnection often reveals itself across our relationships, work, and overall wellbeing. Learning to identify our needs and take responsibility for getting those needs met is one of the most meaningful forms of self-awareness and growth.
Much of the work I feel honored to do centers around creating a safe space where people can land mentally and emotionally. I understand the unique complexities many individuals, particularly within Black and Brown communities, face when navigating emotional pain, healing, and asking for support. Therapy is not weakness. Choosing healing requires courage.
