Really, the foundation of all good therapy is an engaging relationship with one who offers hope, trust, and confidence in positive change. I find EFT and IFS offers strength, growth, healing and connection. With our G-dly Soul core, integration of various therapies provides lenses and tools to enhance its presence in mind, heart, & body.
