Great to meet you!

Before I chose this profession, this profession chose me. People find me to be deeply empathic and perceptive.

Enamored with the art and science of therapy, I love creating a space, together with my clients, towards their self-discovery and personal growth- that gets results. The therapeutic process is so powerful because of the innate qualities of each and every one of us.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Really, the foundation of all good therapy is an engaging relationship with one who offers hope, trust, and confidence in positive change. I find EFT and IFS offers strength, growth, healing and connection. With our G-dly Soul core, integration of various therapies provides lenses and tools to enhance its presence in mind, heart, & body.

What you can expect from our first session

To be comforted, empowered and challenged, by being fully welcomed, you and all of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences so that we can work together effectively in a comfortable, supportive environment.

Building Self-esteem and Self-confidence, healing unresolved conflicts and trauma, letting go of burdens while (re)discovering blessings, facilitating peace, love and respect from the inside out. These are some powerful benefits to us working together to treat your... Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Relationships, Trauma, Addiction...

Expect progress. Progress in understanding, in feeling and confidence. Make better choices and more gratifying relationships.
