Great to meet you!

Hello! I have had the honor of working with folks struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief as well as many other difficult issues for over 20 years. I believe healing happens when we honor the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My work is grounded in holistic and trauma-informed approaches that recognize each individual’s innate capacity for healing. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment during each session. My style is collaborative and interactive and I often pull from a variety of techniques and modalities.

My approach to therapy

I am deeply influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed therapy, which views our inner world as made up of different parts, all of which have a purpose. Together, we approach these parts with curiosity, compassion, and respect, allowing space for understanding, integration, and healing.

What you can expect from me

I meet clients exactly where they are—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Therapy with me is a collaborative process; together we co-create a therapeutic experience that reflects your unique needs, goals, and lived experience. There is no one-size-fits-all path to healing, and I honor the pace that feels right for you.
