Great to meet you!
Hello and welcome! I’m Ari’ton Scales, and I’m truly delighted to connect with you.
My journey into the world of mental health began at Florida Atlantic University, where I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology. This foundation sparked my passion for understanding the human mind and behavior. I started my professional career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, working closely with children and their families. The joy and fulfillment I found in these interactions inspired me to further my education.
I pursued a degree in Clinical Mental Health at Nova Southeastern University, which broadened my perspective and deepened my expertise. Since then, I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including individuals facing substance abuse challenges and older adults navigating various life transitions.
As a Christian-based clinician, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and older adults who are experiencing Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, life stressors, and major transitional phases. I am also passionate about supporting families through parent training, helping them foster stronger, healthier relationships.
