Ariadne Pereira

My name is Ariadne Pereira and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and School Counselor in Texas. I am passionate about helping my clients develop healthy solutions to navigate their life's challenges and find true and meaningful happiness. My goal is to provide my clients with a non-judgemental, trauma informed, multicultural competent therapeutic environment where they can feel accepted, understood, supported, empowered, and loved.

My approach to counseling includes using evidence-based therapeutic techniques individually tailored to meet the needs of each individual client.

Building a strong therapeutic alliance is key, so providing my clients with unconditional positive regard while supporting their personal growth is fundamental for me.

I work to provide each client with the tools they need to effectively construct solutions for their unique challenges, while respecting their individuality, values, and personal beliefs.

My clients can expect a warm, solution focused therapeutic environment where their needs are respected and their opinions are valued. I believe everyone has something good to offer the world, so clients can expect to leave our sessions feeling empowered and with a renewed sense of purpose and hope for a better life.
