Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate, open-minded therapist who values direct communication and builds genuine connections through honesty. I work effectively with teens and adults navigating identity, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I communicate honestly and directly while remaining genuine, caring, and nonjudgmental. I value openness and strive to build genuine connections, offering a safe space for clients to share and work through their needs. I'm also an active listener, ensuring clients feel heard and supported. My goal is to balance moving at a comfortable pace with providing appropriate challenges to help clients achieve their goals. We'll work together to identify needs and steps for success, regularly checking in and evaluating progress along the way.

What you can expect from me

The first session focuses on building trust and establishing a genuine therapeutic relationship. We'll explore your history and current stressors, and begin identifying goals. Once this foundation is in place, we'll focus on the specific areas you are ready to address.
